LSS/NCA is part of the church body; stewards of Word, Sacrament and Service in Christ’s name. Our unique focus is Service, an expression and embodiment of answering the call to serve others. We do this work in the name of Lutherans and as an extension of your congregation’s commitment to social ministry. Because of this we need you. You offer us our faith foundation, open hearts, and willing hands to do God’s work. We hope that you need us too – we offer you a voice and a vehicle for Lutheran service, as well as an efficient and effective capacity for developing and delivering programs. We have been listening, and we will continue to ask and listen. We hope you find this Toolbox helpful for leading your congregation in Education and Advocacy and Volunteer Opportunities.
