Hello my name is Vern and I am from Washington, DC. 

I am the official mascot for Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital area. 

I go around and visit volunteers and help others learn more about community service.

I am 2 years old.  (That's about 24 in bunny years)

I am an Army brat-- both of my parents are research rabbits stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. 

I decided not to follow in their footsteps, however, so I got this job as a mascot.

My favorite foods are lettuce, carrots, and petunias. 

Don't worry about having to feed me, though-- I'm stuffed!

My goals in life are to get as many hugs as I can. 

I'm presently single but looking.
